Rhonda LaRue
Rhonda is originally from Langhorne, Pa and has been
dancing, acting, and singing since she was 4. She studied
many styles of dance growing up and occasionally visited
choir, and competed in many dance and talent
competitions. After high school she taught dance and
was a fitness instructor at a women's gym for 2 years
where she also taught Dance Aerobics. Rhonda moved to
Florida in July 2005. She soon started teaching hip-hop,
jazz, and lyrical at Dance Dynamics while attending Edison
College. She did a few shows at the Sugden Theater,
Barbara B. Mann for Opera Naples, then performed at
Naples Dinner Theater just before they closed, and has
toured doing classic musicals such as:
Joseph..Dreamcoat, Guys and Dolls, White Christmas, and
Singin' in the Rain for Prather Entertainment Group. After
a few years of touring and trying out the New York life,
Rhonda missed her home in Florida. Since her return to
Florida in late July 2009, she has choreographed and
danced in creative projects locally, acted in and
choreographed a few commercials, and performs with
Moondance Productions. She also danced for the Florida
Everblades as an "Everbabe" this past season.
